Established in the year 1998, an ISO 9001:2000 certified firm, Prabhat Castings has invented technologically advanced manufacturing process to develop superior quality of Grey Iron Castings, Ductile Iron Castings and Machined components. These products are being widely accepted in automotive and various other engineering industries in India.

We have a sound infrastructure including large manufacturing unit spread over the area of 2000 square feet along with a warehouse which has the capacity of 4000 units. Due to the hi-tech facilities for various processes such as molding, melting, laboratory testing and machining, we have been able to provide our clients with the range that is highly qualitative and durable.

Moreover, our quality controllers make sure that every product is well tested and has high level of efficiency. We are equipped with many sophisticated testing machines and equipments such as Swiss make Trimos, Height Gauge, Dial and Digital Verniers and others which enable us to come up with accurate results.

Further, we have employed highly qualified teams of professionals who understand the business thoroughly and work with dedication towards achieving outstanding results. The entire workforce is monitored by the Promoter of the company Mr. Vikram Sainuche who himself has a rich experience of the industry.

We have Pneumatic Molding Machine or Hand Molding Machines along with Shot Blasting Machine and Pneumatic Grinders for cleaning and fettling of components which enables us to produce the desired requirement of the clients with in the committed timeframe.
