We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying Hydro Cyclone Filter that are highly efficient and manufactured using premium fiberglass (FRP) or mild steel. These are capable enough to filter sand and small particles of specific gravity more than 2.65 and size higher than 75 microns. Our range can be customized as per client's requirement and offer maximum operating pressure of 6 kg/cm2.

Features & Specifications

• Coated with 70 micron blue colored epoxy powder / P.U Paint from inside and outside surface to provide corrosion and weather resistance
• Designed hydro dynamically to provide maximum centrifugal action to separate particles heavier than water
• Large volume of dirt collection chamber increases flushing interval
•  Through dirt collection chamber, dirt can be easily flushed out
• Standard end connections are BSP flanged
• Recommended to install before media/screen filters to remove particles heavier than water
• Can also be supplied in Fiberglass (FRPI)
• Can be supplied in higher flow capacities

Sand Filters Media Filter - Fiberglass (FRP)  Or Mild Steel

We manufacture and supply  Sand Filters Media Filter which uses fiberglass (FRP) or mild steel as the basic raw material. Our filters offer excellent filtration rate of 75 micron (200 mesh) owing to usage of silica sand or quartz gravel as filtration media. These cater to extensive usage for water filtration in micro irrigation, swimming pool and chemical plants as impurities results in clogging.

• To provide corrosion and weather resistance, our filters are painted with more than 70 micron thick blue colored epoxy powder / P.U Paint from inner as well as outer surface
• Designed for uniform distribution of incoming raw water over the media bed.
• Filtration media is crushed silica sand/quartz gravel of particle size 1 mm to 2 mm
• Maximum pressure rating 6 kg/cm2 or as per customer requirement
• Sand Filter can also be supplied with fiberglass (FRP) body
• Available in nominal rates: 10,20, 30,40, & 50 M3 /hr. & inlet, outlet size 2 inch to 6 inch, made up of carbon steels & Frp

Screen Filters offered by us are coated with 70 micron thick blue colored epoxy powder or P.U Paint from both inner and outer surface in order to ensure protection against corrosion and different weather effects. These are manufactured using high grade mild steel and finds wide application in drip irrigation systems.
