Industrial Incinerator![]() We have designed and developed a micro burn incinerator system which is designed for combustion of all types of biological, pathological, dry solids, toxic liquids, industrial and municipality garbage waste. Our micro burn incinerator system consists of the following: Primary Combustion Chamber: The waste is charged in this chamber through the feeding door. The burning of waste is carried out in micro burn incineration process. The waste decomposes in to gases containing combustibles and carbonaceous material. The low gas velocities also help in minimize carryover of particulate matter. When the temperature attains 800 degree celcius the waste have been efficiently burned out. Sterile ash is removed from the dashing door. Secondary combustion Chamber: The gases from the primary combustion chamber volatiles and unburnt pass through the secondary combustion chamber. They are treated under turbulent condition and with an additional supply of combustion air, complete oxidation is ensured by maintaining temperature above 1050 deg.c and adequate residence time (minimum 1 second) provided. Chamber: The gases from secondary combustion chamber pass through the scrubber system, where the minute dust particles are separated and it brings down the temperature of gases to the acceptable level. Chimney: The non-pollutant gases from the scrubber is let out through Chimeny. The gases from the chimney will be as per Pollution Control Boards standard. Special Features:
