We made a humble beginning in the year 1965 as a small scale enterprise under the brand name of LIVIA. We begun our journey with manufacturing of valve guides with the motive and belief in quality, service and customer satisfaction. Soon we captured the large market share of stationary diesel oil engines. This motivated us to venture in to the manufacturing of valve guides for Automotive and Earth Moving Machinery and gained popularity all over.

LIVIA became the first choice of OEMs like Sonalika Tractors, Standard Tractors, Rane Engine Valve Ltd., V.S.T Tillers and Tractors Ltd. and other exporters due to our excellent service and consistent quality control and timey supply schedule. With the ever-increasing demand the unit has attained the production of 25,000 units of valve guides per day and developed more than 800 models of valve guides suitable for any moving vehicle around the world. We are working from the industrial area of Phagwara (Punjab) in a 30,000 sq. feet premises.

The company was established under the visionary leadership of Mr. Ashok Gupta. His far sighting wisdom led the company to great heights. The baton has now been passed over to Mr. Puneet Gupta who joined the business in the year 1998. He has got the same dynamism and leading abilities as his predecessor. He first worked in almost all the departments of the company for initial three years, and then after understanding all the norms and nuances and hands on experience of the industry he took up the charge to lead us to greater heights of success.

Our robust infrastructure has enabled us to manufacture 25,000 units of valve guides per month. We are enhancing the quality and production capacity to 4,00,000 pc every month by introducing CNC machines. Technological upgradation is also in line through upgraded chemical lab and high tech casting methods. To cut the production cost we have introduced latest machinery like automatic capstain lathes, turning machines, special purpose machines for chamfering, hydraulic reames machines, centreless & cylindrical grinders.
We have separate departments like raw material storage, casting section, production line, quality assurance, inspection dept. packing and dispatching to look after various organizational activities in a systematized way. Finished products are stored in our own spacious warehouses & are delivered through trusted transporters. We have membership of CII and LAGHU UDYOG BHARTI and have participated in Auto Expo 2006 at New Delhi.

Ensuring the optimum quality is our responsibility. Every valve is tailored to perfection under the strict vigil of our qualified engineers & supervisors. Every valve guide is inspected individually during the process & at the final stage before shipment.
We are equipped with modern foundry with chemical analysis laboratory to provide graded castings. The valve guides have Micro structure Pearlite Matrix with 5% max. Free ferrite, 5% max. Free carbide in cellular or discontinuous form and valve guide has hardness of 210-260 BHN Range. Where required certain alloying material such as Copper, Molybendum or Nickel may be added. We have perfect in house Tool Room & complete machine shop to meet all standards and sizes.

We procure top quality raw material like Pig Iron, Hard Coke from the renowned local traders. They are checked in our in house chemical lab for required parameters. We also offer after change & modification in the manufacturing process & provide free sampling as well.
