Automatic Servo Voltage Stabilizer

Digital Servo Voltage Stabilizer Control Card, Digital Servo Voltage Control Module is equipped with an advanced Microcontroller Technology with self-controllable Design. It requires minimum external wiring for fast production of Servo Voltage Stabilizers.

The Main Features:
Display Module: To display the input and output voltages simultaneously.
Protection: The output voltage is disconnected, incase the feedback to the control card is disconnected or loose connected.

Programming: The Stabilizer Control Card can be programmed for the below parameters:

  • Low voltage cut off set Display shows-Lo
  • High voltage cut off set Display shows-Hi
  • Time delay relay set (TDR) Display shows-tdr
  • Hysteresis Display shows-HYS

  • Low Voltage cut off:
    This value can be changed from 160V to 210V. Whenever there is any fluctuation present in the power supply to the extent that output voltage has turned out to be below this set voltage range then relay switches OFF.

    High Voltage cut off:
    This value can be changed from 220V to 254V. Whenever there is any fluctuation present in the power supply to the extent that output voltage has turned out to be above this set voltage range then relay switches OFF.

    Time Delay Relay:
    This value can be programmed from 15 sec to 180 sec. Whenever the output voltage goes beyond the low and high voltage range, the relay switches off. When the output voltage has reached in this range and now this much time (which has been programmed in TDR) is introduced and after this the relay turns ON.

  • Can be configured for various tap position ranges.
