    Salient Features :

    The microprocessor based, model - WTC 2002 / OTC 2003 is distinguished for its features, construction, operation and cost effectiveness. The Versatility of this model is a result of careful consideration and understanding of the wide spectrum of the user needs and convenience, whether during testing or online operation. This instrument is designed using state of the art integrated circuits (IC), and glass epoxy Circuit Boards (PCB). Remote Winding Temperature is easy to configure this instrument as the same is very user friendly. The instrument incorporates a stabilized power supply and filter circuit for absorbing power supply transients, thus ensuring accurate control / and a stable disply. The out put is displayed and has a viewing distance of more than 4 meter.

    BURN - IN :
     
    Each instrument is tested and aged at ambient conditions for 48 hours in electrically energized condition prior to delivery as per Pradeep's norms for verification of design reliability. This practice ensures the unit's continued performance to specifications and to customers satisfaction.

    Type Tests :


    Repeated series models are type tested at ERTL (West), STQC, Govt of India for following :
  • EMC Test : As per IEC - 61000 - 4 - 2 : 1995 for ESD and for HED.
  • Impact Shock Test as per IS 9000 ( Pt.VII) : 1997.
  • Cold and Dry Heat Test as per IS 9000 (Pt.II) : 1997.

  • Additional important Features :

    Product Description

    The series current transformer CT can be applied to test, control, display and record the running of the equipment against the damage in the AC circuit with the running of the electrical equipment, and to protect the equipment against the damage in the AC circuit with the rated voltage below 600V and the frequency of 50/60Hz. The products can be also applied to from a complete set of mine transformer.

    Digital Servo Voltage Stabilizer Control Card, Digital Servo Voltage Control Module is equipped with an advanced Microcontroller Technology with self-controllable Design. It requires minimum external wiring for fast production of Servo Voltage Stabilizers.

    The Main Features:
    Display Module: To display the input and output voltages simultaneously.
    Protection: The output voltage is disconnected, incase the feedback to the control card is disconnected or loose connected.

    Programming: The Stabilizer Control Card can be programmed for the below parameters:

  • Low voltage cut off set Display shows-Lo
  • High voltage cut off set Display shows-Hi
  • Time delay relay set (TDR) Display shows-tdr
  • Hysteresis Display shows-HYS

  • Low Voltage cut off:
    This value can be changed from 160V to 210V. Whenever there is any fluctuation present in the power supply to the extent that output voltage has turned out to be below this set voltage range then relay switches OFF.

    High Voltage cut off:
    This value can be changed from 220V to 254V. Whenever there is any fluctuation present in the power supply to the extent that output voltage has turned out to be above this set voltage range then relay switches OFF.

    Time Delay Relay:
    This value can be programmed from 15 sec to 180 sec. Whenever the output voltage goes beyond the low and high voltage range, the relay switches off. When the output voltage has reached in this range and now this much time (which has been programmed in TDR) is introduced and after this the relay turns ON.
