We manufacture high quality Cylinder Liner for most of the D.G. Set having bore diameter up to 400 mm. Cylinder Liners are manufactured using the centrifugal casting technology. We can also supply Cylinder Liner as per Customer Requirement.

Valve guides are made from grey cast iron alloy. The structure of valve guides has good wear resistance. Grey cast iron with high phosphorous content gives high wear resistance or corrosion resistance and improved running properties even in poor lubrication conditions.

Air starting valve provides a smooth pressure transition gradient from atmosphere to vacuum.

A small .062-inch diameter adjustable aperture is activated independently from the main valve opening. Regulation of air flow through the bypass valve is made using an adjustment screw and observing the pressure change. Once the correct setting has been empirically determined, the adjustment screw is held in place with a knurled lock nut to assure consistent and repetitive air flow.

The air start is activated first through a solenoid valve. Once the chamber pressure has reached a predetermined level, a set point on a controller may be used to activate a separate solenoid valve for the major valve opening.

Valves are made from chrome-silicon alloy steel Stellite ® seated (to operate under high temperature and high stress conditions). We can also supply valve as per customer requirement.

Inlet valve Seat and Exhaust Valve Seat Insert are manufactured from Alloy Cast Iron Heat Resistant material & also from chrome-silicon alloy steel Stellite ® seated. We are also manufacturing Over Size Inlet and Exhaust Valve Seat Insert as per customer requirement.
