Established in 1979 under the name Pragati Udyog, entered in Plastic Injection Moulding since its inception is now India\'s leading manufacturer of plastic components made through injection moulding process. Since then the Company has expanded its product line with 178 more precision engineering mould. Out of 178 items, for 35% of the items we are the only supplier for the last 2 decades.
As all industries do have a humble start so was the case with Pragati Udyog. However under the entrepreneurship of Mr. Parminder Singh Bedi , company moved on one path. The path of continues improvement. Though difficult but is the only successful path on long run says young and dynamic Parminder. His Father Mr. J.S.Bedi , who is a pioneer in this industry and a respectable name amongst competitors and lead the company with sole motto as " Never Compromise on Quality".
A young dynamic company owned & managed by engineer & technocrats, continuous investment in employees training, skill upgrade & state of art technologies and processing equipment ensures the ideal engineering solutions to meet out clients plastic moulded components related stringent quality requirements. Pragati Udyog is a quality conscious company. This guarantees that we have a consistent and effective quality system in place to meet our customers\' quality needs. We place great importance on defining and documenting these needs for each part at the beginning of a project in order to minimize the learning curve once production is underway.
Manufacturing quality and inspection forms are displayed at the press together with sample parts and contain all the relevant information required for our press operators and quality inspectors to determine part consistency and quality. We work with our customers to establish proper understanding of their requirements.
Quality issues that do arise are thoroughly investigated, documented, and corrective actions are initiated. The results are discussed at company communication meetings in order that everyone can learn from the experience.
Our experienced and trained workforce focuses on Quality Control & Process optimization to give us lesser rejection, lesser breakdowns, better productivity, better quality & makes us more competitive.
