Our state of the art unit is equipped with: • 2 x 5000 sq feet of Working Sheds • 2 x 150 Ton Hydraulic Power Presses for cutting steel • 1 x 200 Ton Hydraulic Press for Straightening & cutting • 2 x 100 and 2 x 50 Ton Press for cutting and punching. • 3 x 35 Ton machines for notching, marking and punching • Number of Drill Machines • Number of Welding machines • Number of Gas Cutting Sets • Chaser and Lathe Machine for Bolts Fabrication • Quality surface grinding machine • Clean and equipped TOOL ROOM to serve the Unit • 2 Gantry Type Midpoint Cranes to cater 24000 MT Adhering to IS 2629, 1985 – Our World Class Unit has 6000 sq feet of adequately ventilated shed for following process. • Two acid tanks for pickling the scales & rust • Two water rinsing cascading tanks • A Flux tank to give adherence to two different metals (Zinc Ammonium Chloride Solution)
