Introduction
The octagonal blender is a highly efficient machine for powder / powder mixing.

Description
The main drum of the blender is coupled to a suitable motor through an oil filled gear box mounted on a sturdy frame structure. The unit is provided with a butterfly valve at one side and is provided with removable baffles inside the drum. The other side is provided with a manhole for accessibility inside the chamber for cleaning. An electrical panel is provided for housing the motor on-off starter, timer, inching device etc. An optional charging hopper of 60 Ltrs. capacity is provided with suitable clamping arrangement for charging the material into the drum.

In the process of coating tablets and confectionaries, the personal skills of the coater needs to be supplemented by a correctly designed, versatile coating pan.
Coating Pan have very heavy & sturdy structure , made from angles & channels. Complete structure covered from all sides. Two nos. of covers with hinges provided on two sides (left & right) of the structure. Three nos. of covers are fixed with bolts.

 Variable speed pulley system made out of cast iron, with motor slides are provide up to 48" size for speed variation. Motor & worm reduction gear are used of any reputed make, as per customer requirement. ( A.C. frequency drive for variable speed of coating pan will be also provided on demand )

Product Specification Stirrers are complete with AC/DC universal motor, mixing shaft, impeller and adjustable lifting lowering stand. The speed can be varied over a vide range using auto variac or electronic thyristorised controller. Widely used in laboratory for mixing, stirring, homogenising and dispersing of low viscocity to high viscocity liquids/ pastes.

Our pharmaceutical filter press consists of a filter cartridge assembly with stainless steel filter plates, support screens interlocking cups. SS pressure vessel with lid. SS pump etc. It is mounted on SS trolley with castor wheels for mobility. The liquid is pumped into the vessel where it enters into the individual plates and filtered through the filter cloth or paper and comes out through a central channel formed by interlocking cups. The cake formed between the plates can be obtained if required. It can be provided with different types of pumps depending on the viscosity of liquid and output i.e. Centrifugal pump, Gear pump, Lobe pump etc. All contact parts in SS 304/316 quality & mirror polished. MS/SS jacket can be provided for hot filtration.

Introduction
The multi mill is a highly versatile machine suitable for dry pulverizing of lumps to small particles of desired size by high shear action. The design is such that just by changing the screen the output particles size can be easily changed.

Description
The machine is provided with a vertical rotor assembly with knife type swinging blades for pulverizing the lumps. The rotor is provided with two bottom scrapper blades for scrapping the material from the bottom plate and pushing it in the upward direction towards the knife blades. It is provided with a circular perforated screen around the blades for better pulverizing action. The main shaft of the rotor assembly is coupled to a step pulley through a bearing housing which in turn is coupled to a suitable motor through a belt assembly. The speed of the rotor can be changed by changing the position of the belt in the step pulley. The speed selection is to be made depending on the material and the final size of the particles. The complete assembly is mounted on a suitable pillar stand with a sturdy base and castors for movability.
