PragatiI Glass Pvt. Ltd., established in 1982, earned enduring international fame in he industry of manufacturing clear glass bottles and tumblers.
Over the last two decades, the company has raised its standards and methods of production bringing its products to international standards.
Pragati Glass can serve a wide range of customers, irrespective of their size. We can cater to small buyers with modest requirements or larger customers with greater requirements, an advantage that multi-functional technology at our plants has afforded us.
Our basic aim is to offer complete solutions with assured quality and timely delivery for the perfume and cosmetic industry. And in pursuit of that goal, Pragati Glass has won the appreciation of its clients from both overseas and India.

Our manufacturing facilities for glass bottles are based in Kosamba (near Surat about 300 kms northwest of Mumbai), where we have two furnaces of 60 and 70 tons, with a capacity of 130 mTons per day. The plants also have IS machines i.e. single gob and double gob, automatic machines and total semi machines.
The single gob and double gob machine is utilized for large production orders. Production on the 3/4th automatic machine is undertaken for complicated shapes, for its convenience over fully automatic machines. In the total semi machines, we have 18 machine lines wherein the bottles are manufactured for smaller requirements. In a day, we produce upto 1 million bottles.
Apart from the above capacities, we are in the process of setting up another unit in the Sultanate of Oman with a 100mTons of glass per day. We expect to start production by September 2007. With this unit we would be doubling our capacity.
