Adjustable Filler
The filler height ca be adjusted up to 125 mm for different height of bottles. All contact parts are fabricated out of stainless steel 304/316

Gear Box and Drive
The heart every Pragron is a heavy duty gear box 40:1 ratio connected to a 3 phase Ac 1 HP motor 1440 rpm with variable speed drive. The rpm of the disc varies from 3 to 5 depending upon the product.

Delivery Chutes
Delivery Chutes direct the product from the counting disc into Bottles through the tray and chute. For accurate filling, tubes and adopters of various sizes are supplied to suit different containers. Special delivery chutes will be supplied for counting and filling capsules in narrow mouth container such as vials.

Removing Vacuum System
Integrated with the filler, under the hopper is the vacuum system that provides a dust free passages of stocks to the containers. The system also gives efficient and smooth running of the disc when uncoated tablets are counted.

Count On Pragron
Fully Automatic Single Disc Counting Machine 100 Bottles Per Minute (Depending on the neck diameter)
This model FASD equipped with highly sophisticated technology and superior production techniques in order to get greater and faster productions in counting and filling of capsules/tablets. Up to Four bottles can be automatically filled at a time through a twin 4 track filler. Up to 10 bottles per minute depending upon the number of counts per fill.

This part of machine compatible with two stainless steel chamber install with filter cloth, a revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush, stainless steel powder collector and vacuum dust collector. The capsules travel from one end of the brush or other end. During this travel they are subjected to roll in between the Nylon bristles and filter cloths. In this course the powder on capsules and at the edge are removed and sucked by the collector. In this process capsules are polished twice i.e two chambers the powder settled at the edge of the capsules are also removed. The capsules coming out of the out let are thoroughly polished, glossy and clean

Capsule Feeding :
A clockwise vibrating feeder provided to feed capsules smoothly to the conveyor. This section compatible with stainless steel hopper and a vibrator with powder collecting tray. As the capsules pass through Vibrator some amount of powder get collect in the Stainless Steel Tray because of vibration.
