Lenton Assembly: Lenton Assembly contains Bearing Housing with TOP Tapered Roller Bearing for High Accuracy and resistance to impact load & vibratory load and Ball Bearing at the bottom for smooth rotation. Stuffing Box is provided with Jacket for Cooling arrangement to give long life to Gland rope. Gland pusher is provided with Gunmetal Bush Bearing thus ensuring Minimised Friction giving longer life to the Gunmetal Bearing. Bearing Housing and Lenton Assembly are steel Fabricated made from M.S. Plates of suitable strength.
 
Welding:
Welding work is performed by Argon Arc process using Good Characteristic Filler rods on all S. S. Parts. M.S. Parts welding is performed by D. C Arc welding process using suitable electrodes of Advani Oerlikon make.
 
Jacket Welding:
Jacket Closure Ring welding work is performed by using high grade filler rods to withstand closure ring tension.
 
Stifner Ring:
Stifner Ring is provided on Inner Shell of Jacket inbetween Inner Shell and Outer Jacket to intensify main Vessel and to provide uniform circulation and minimise stagnation of heating or cooling medium.
 
Finish:
All weld joints will be finished from inside and outside, S S. Parts is cleaned from inside and outside. Two coates of primer/ redoxide will be given on M.S. parts from outside.
 
Testing:
Equipments are tested Hydraulically as per design Pressure

The industrial heat exchanger that we manufacture & provide is particularly used to turn the vapor leaving the top of a distillation column into liquid, by removing heat of vaporization. These heat exchangers are made from top grade steel & are fabricated in such a way that it works evenly in the most exigent conditions. A Multipurpose Distillation unit for derivation of essential oil from roots, stems, leaves, seeds, barks, flowers, twigs, herbs, fruits, etc. In this unit all the 3 types of distillation viz. Industrial blenders are widely used in mixing and grinding dry powders. The shape of its body gives it the particular name of a blender. The blenders that we provide are absolutely advantageous because they discharge the material entirely. Material is loaded into the machine through a broad opening and is released through a mucon or slide valve. For better mixing, the blenders are added with paddle type baffles. The blender manufactured by us assures a homogeneous mixture of particles, which can further be used for various applications.

We provide superior quality of ribbon blenders which are specifically used in mixing of powders, pastes and liquids in both constant and batch processing. The ribbon blenders are made of pure variety of mild steel & stainless steel. There are two types of ribbon blenders:

• One in which the outer blades push the material to the center of the container
• The other type of blenders has inner blades, which simultaneously shove the material to either ends of the container.

The appliance specific rotor mixing element design permits shorter batch cycle times due to amplified mixing efficiency. Relying on internal pressure or vacuum requirements the ribbon blenders come in U-shape or cylindrical shape. Contra Mixer as the name suggest works on the principle of Contra rotation of Blades for simultaneous beating and scraping operation The mixer is highly versatile and mostly used for manufacturing toothpaste, creams, cosmetics and viscous products. The Mixing Assembly consists of series of paddle type blades of appropriate shape to move the material back towards the centre of the container. The paddle type blades are provided on the central shaft which runs through a hollow shaft on which other sets of blades are welded. Both the sets of blades intermeshes with each other and rotates in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction respectively and one sets also scraps the container wall for thorough and uniform mixing of the material.

The mixer is so designed to withstand high vaccum applied during the process for optimum mixing. Contra Mixer is provided with a jacket for cooling or heating as per the application. We manufacture Contra Mixer with Capacity ranging from 5 litres to 5,000 litres in Material of construction SS 304 or 316.

The sigma blade mixers are precisely engineered for kneading, mixing and homogenizing wet, pasty & viscous components. These mixers are perfectly used in several industries involved in producing the following materials such as:

There are two mixer blades which rotate in opposite direction to provide a thorough mixing of the components. Mixing trough of the machine is skewed up and advanced through hydraulic system for smooth removal of the mixture. We design/ fabricate sigma blade mixers is enclosed with a jacket for heating/cooling.

Suitable for homogenous mixing of dry powders of different bulk densities used in the Food, Mineral, Pharmaceutical, Paint & Chemical Industries. It is a simple versatile mixer which can also mix semi wet material. Ribbons of various designs are available to handle different materials. The mixer consists of a cylindrical shell inside which rotates a double helix shaft fitted with spiral inner and outer ribbons. During rotation of the shaft, the ribbons lift, convey and intermix the material to get a homogenous mass in short intervals. Discharge is from the bottom by a quick opening valve.
