Shop floor with facilities like fully automatic C.N.C based micro processor injection moulding m/c ranging from 50 tons locking tonnage to 425 tons locking tonnage, on these machines we can manufacture components ranging from 1grm to 1500grms and blow moulding machine ranging from 1 ltr to 20 ltrs. (up to 2000 grms) to meet the maximum needs of all our existing and new costumers.

Various Engineering raw materials are being molded ranging from :- Polyacetals, polyamide (Nylon 6, 6.6) polycarbonate, poly urethane , Glass filled & mineral filled-ABS, PP, Nylons to polyethylene & poly propylene

For Quality control and to inspect the components we have latest measuring equipments like dial bore gauges, digital vernier calipers micro meters, gauges, fixtures. Big size surface table etc to ensure 100% quality control to all our products.

We have our own tool room with 3 lathe machines which can hold up to 1000 mm job, radial drill machines, pantograph, deckle milling machine, tool post grinders, tool grinders etc to make new moulds of any kind in a faster way which satisfy the customers need at earliest.

We also make different kinds of srainers and pallrings used in water treatment plants available in various size and shapes with different mounting arrangements as per customer requirements, Different types of housings used in water treatment plants & R.O systems with single & multy nozzles available in various size & shapes with different mounting arrangements as per customer requirements, Dust covers, Bump stop caps, spring locators, shrouds, Bumper caps, etc used in various kinds of shock absorber as per customer requirements, Blow moulded bellows, tanks, duct screen, hose pipes and other components , Unions & fittings for water and chemicals treatment plants, Custom made fully and semi automatic valves for water treatment plants,Wire & pipe binding straps, fixed and reusable type in different sizes and shapes.
