The sturdily built unit is fitted with thermostatic temperature control up-to 100 degree. Oven is equipped with dry air inlet and wet air exhaust. Available in different models with options for 12, 24, 48 and 96 trays.

FUNCTION

Used mainly for drying of high grade, temperature and oxygen sensitive products. Highly suitable for drying hygroscopic substances, which are dried to very low residual moisture, content level. Frequently vacuum drying cabinets are the sole possibility for drying lumpy, glutinous products or products of low pomposity.

Standard models range from 6,12,24,48 to 96 trays

• Hollow pad type heating shelves which are easily removable for maintenance

• External fluid heating of dryer with protective panels in stainless steel or mild steel powder coated
• Dedicated fluid heating and circulating systems. These can be steam or electrically heated. Fluid heating systems are available for water as well as thermic fluid (for temperature requirements above 95 oC)

This series mixer is asymmetrically cantilevered with single helix. The helix will make self-rotation and the screw arm will revolve to complete convection, cutting and diffusing to achieve the purpose of mixing.

It can be applied in the mixture, reaction, drying and cooling of powder to powder (S-S), powder to liquid (S-L), and liquid to liquid (L-L) in the chemical, medicine, pesticide, dye, petroleum, metallurgy and construction material fields.
