| Shampoo Mixture
The Mixing assembly consists of series of paddles types blades, pitched or flat, of appropriate shape. Here two consecutive blades move in opposite direction which creates laminar thinning of the material & facilitates uniform mix. Paddle type blades mounted on scrapping arms & welded to hollow shaft, have independent drive & has bottom support also. Paddles mounted on internal shaft creates relative movement of the material. Paddles mounted on internal shaft & hollow shaft rotates in anti-clockwise & clockwise direction respectively. The mixer is designed & fabricated to withstand perfect vacuum applied during the process for optimum mixing & to eliminate air entrapment as surfactant has tendency of forming suds. The vessel shall have a shell of suitable thickness with a hemispherical bottom and flanged top dish made out of S.S.304 plate. There is provision of bottom entry homogenizer in the same vessel which homogenizes all ingredients & hence there is no need to go for external inline homogenizer otherwise problem of aeration will increase process time. The vessel shall be suitable for 700mm vacuum and internal pressure of 3 kgs/CM2. There will be a suitable outlet provided for the product discharge.

| Contra Rotary Mixture
We are engaged in the manufacture of Contra Rotary Mixture used for the manufacture of ointments. The mixture contains double contra rotary blades that create a laminar thinning of the material to ensure uniform mixing. The mixture is enriched with the following unique features:

| Sparkler Filter
Operation : The unfiltered liquid is fed into the filter under positive pressure, where liquid travels in downwards direction and finds its way through opening on sides of the Filter Plates. As the liquid pressure increases, the Filter media holds the foreign particles and allows only clear filtrate to pass through the central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups to the outlet. Filtration is continued until the cake holding capacity of the unit is reached or until the filtrate rate becomes too slow owing to cake resistance. Sparkler Filter Press Features : - Horizontal Plate / Sparkler Filter Press is enclosed construction, preventing evaporation, oxidation, leakage and fumes escaping from product.
- Sparkler Filter plates are available in two sizes. Deep plate for large percentage of cake holding capacity and Shallow plate for small percentage of cake holding capacity.
- In the Sparkler Filter Press, The horizontal filter plate and even thickness of cake, prevents the cake dropping as well as cracking, thus assuring better filtrate quality.
- The Filtration area and cake holding capacity can be increased or decreased according to requirement.

- This system consists of a closed circuit manufacturing facility from feeding of Sugar / Water Phase to loading the Liquid
Filling Machine. - The Sugar and Water, are load with vacuum system or by mechanical system or manually.
- The Sugar Syrup Vessel is supplied with high speed stirrer steam heating facility.
- The product during emulsion formation is recalculated through In-Line Homogenizer or Liquid Transfer Pump.( Optional Facility )
- The Pump also discharges the product in the Storage Vessel.
- The Storage Vessel is then taken to the filling area (if it is small capacity) and is connected to again Liquid Transfer
Pump. Or Storage Vessel remains fixed (In bigger size) & pump transfer the Liquids in the float tank which is connected with filling machine. - The entire Plant can be operated by centralized operating panel by one operator.
Salient Features :
- The Plant is designed to be operated only by one operator and one helper.
- All material transfers are done by vacuum or by transfer pumps.
- All the vessels are CGMP (paint free construction)
- The gaskets used are of silicon (food grade).
- All contact parts are of S.S. 304 quality material (SS316 provided on demand) & finished to class 4B (Mirror) finish and
are crevice free. - The entry of stirrer & high speed emulsifier are from top. In-line Emulsifier (as per customer choice) provided on
demand. - All vessels are suitable for internal pressure of 1.5 Kg. / Sq. cm. and hence can be sterilized.
- All pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS304 / SS316 (as per customer requirement) seamless quality, internally
electro polished, with tri-clover ended joints.
