Though formally educated in Commerce background, Twinkle Shah pursued further studies in Identification of Colour Stones from the reputed International Gemological Institute, Bombay so that she would be the right one to identify her own products correctly and personally educate people to differentiate between fake and genuine products. We have machines which help us give the right moulding to the silver strings, neck strings. While most of the artistic work is done using hand, some of the work does get help of the machines to aid the finishing.
