Rubber Granules We
are engaged in manufacturing rubber granules which are manufactured
using the vulcanized rubber scrap by cutting it to granules. The cut
granules are then sieved to the specific range of size ranging from 2
to 4 mm. these are extensively used in:
- Underlays
for running tracks
- Walkways
Due
to the porus surface the water trickles through thus averting
slippery surface in the rainy season.

Fast Cure Laminating Adhesive Fast Cure Laminating Adhesive ia a solvent-free, unfilled, single component, moisture-curing, fast
cure composition based on polyether polyols.
Application :
- The
usage rate of the material will be very dependent on the nature and
porosity of the surfaces to be bonded. Good bonds can be achieved at
a thickness between 50 and 100 micron.
- When used on non-porous substrates coverage will
be 10-20 m²/kg.
- Use of a roller is
the preferred method of application for maximum coverage.
- Materials to be bonded should be grease, dust and
dirt free. Test bonding should always be carried out. This is
particularly important with non-porous substrates.
- Sufficient even pressure should be applied to the
bonded materials during the curing stage to ensure good adhesion. A
period of between 1 and 4 hours will be required dependent on the
temperature and the nature of the materials to be bonded.
- FP 1150 should not be applied to wet
surfaces (i.e. surfaces where there are visible signs of moisture
such as obviously damp patches) but it is not necessary to dry
materials that have been stored in good conditions, indoors.
- FP 1150 does not normally require water
misting unless two non porous surfaces are to be bonded although
water misting is not detrimental to the product and may result in a
faster full cure.
Uses:
- FP
1150 is specially formulated to give a relatively low viscosity
and a fast cure.
- FP 1150 is used as a laminating adhesive
and is particularly suitable for the bonding of paper based materials
and can be used on other surfaces such as chipboard, galvanised
steel, GRP and other plastics, glass, wood, cork, polyurethane foam,
polystyrene and mineral wool.
- FP 1150 is designed to be hand applied by
roller, squeegee, scraper etc., but can be applied by mechanical
means.
Storage :
- Store in a cool, dry place, indoors and
avoid unnecessary opening of containers. Do not add any other
materials to this product without written permission from the
manufacturer.
- Once opened FP 1150 will start
to cure and a skin will form. Partly used containers should be
resealed immediately and re-used as quickly as possible.
Used Containers: Rinse thoroughly with a strong aqueous detergent
solution and LEAVE PERMANENTLY OPEN. The reaction of isocyanates
with water leads to the formation of carbon dioxide, which can result
in pressure build-up in closed containers. This treatment converts
any liquid residue into an inert solid. It is advisable to
superimpose a 'Decontaminated' label after treatment. Healty & Saftey The recommendations made in the material safety
data sheet (MSDS) for this product should be followed at all times. Typical Property S.G.
