Types of pneumatic tools are as folows:

Die Grinders:

Die Grinders deliver high speed and power for precise finishing and quick removal of metal. They are easy to maneuver in confined space. The spindle is supported by two ball bearings at its front for heavy duty application. These grinders are equipped with collect chucks to hold abrasive mounted points and rotating burrs. These versatile grinders are widely used in various areas, such as Die Making, Deburring Cleaning of castings, Pattern making, Removing seams and incrustations, Sharpening of Drill Bits, Matching and Blending of Welds.

Heavy Duty Grinders:

Heavy Duty Grinders are equipped with quick action constant speed governor to maintain optimum cutting speed under varying loads. By varying the tilt of the vertical grinder, cutting action can be effectively controlled. These grinders are used to remove high weld spots, head metals, beveling, and finishing edges, in fabrication shop and foundries.

Air Sanders:

Air Sanders are very useful in preparation of surface and are widely used for removing rust, scales, burrs, paints and finishing of sheet metal components. Palm sanders and orbital sanders are very useful for super finishing of the surface.

We offer extensive range of toggle clamps and pneumatic clamps and other manual and pneumatic clamping equipment, for assembly applications from high volume automotive welding to light duty low volume applications.

All clamps are robustly constructed and designed for long life. Manual toggle clamps are generally used for low to medium volume production and are sub-divided according to the clamp action and include vertical clamps, heavy duty, ball ended weldable clamps,  horizontal clamps, plunger and push pull in line clamps, locator, latch and hook clamps, pliers and reverse clamps. The pneumatic and automotive style clamps are generally used in higher volume production.

The range includes toggle clamps which are actuated by air cylinders, and full automotive style power, retractable locator units, gripper clamps and pull down pallet clamps.
