About Us

Pratham Engineering Systems made small start in 2004 as Businees associate of M/s. Nirmal Energy Ltd Ahmedabad for sales & service of Baltur Italy burners & hot water generators in Maharashtra. NEL is sole agent for Baltur products here in India.

Baltur is very reputed brand from Europe for burners as well as hot water generators. They have big range from 16 kw to 50MW capacity in burners. All types such as single stage, two stage ,Modulating as well as light oil/gas /heavy oil & duel fuel burners are available with them. All the latest combustion technologies such as Low Nox burners, O2 trim regulation, flue gas recirculation, speed control are available with Baltur burners. In hot water generators also range is available up to 35 lac Kcal. Capacity.

Today we have number of installations of Baltur burners in Surface Coating , process industry, Bakeries & many more applications. Good stock of burners up to 500 KW is available at our Pune office with excellent spares & after sales service support.

We have o successfully completed many retrofitting projects on process equipments with technologically advanced Baltur burners to enhance the performance as well as increase fuel efficiency plants.

The company also offers complete solution for fuel conversion ( from light oil to heavy oil or light oil to LPG / Natural gas) with complete turn key solution i.e. design & supply of manifold, gas trains & piping for gas projects or ring main system ,storage , supply & handling system for heavy oil installations.

We also offer complete hot water solution i.e. Design , Manufacturing, supply, construction and commissioning of complete utility systems comprising Hot Water Generator, Hydro-Pneumatic Pressure Systems, Calorifier, and complete utility / boiler house accessories for any hot water project.
