Our company has witnessed a dependable growth with a turnover of 10 crore in the year 2005-2006 and 15 crore in the year 2006-2007.

We have a state-of-the-art infrastructure spread over a vast expanse of land area of 10,000 sq. ft. that facilitates easy movement of man and material. Through our vertically integrated production facility we have achieved an annual turnover of 10 crore in the financial year 2005-2006 and a targeted turnover of 15 crore in the year 2006-2007. We share a locational advantage of being situated in the heart of the financial capital of the country, Mumbai. Our unit is equipped with the latest machines that have the capacity to manufacture 100,000 pieces per month. The various machines installed at our unit comprise of the following:

Our designing department is brimming with talented workers who churn out innovative designs and patterns. Great importance is given to detailing of products, color combinations, age group, body structures, cuts, climatic conditions, materials to be used etc. Apart from our designers we also have a marketing and sales team, administrative staff, project managers, master tailors, craftsmen and allied workers. It is ensured that the functioning of each department is in tandem with the other, resulting in increased production.

With our capacious warehouse, we are able to store voluminous amounts of finished garments and accessories. We have a controlled atmosphere to ensure that the products are stored in moisture and dust free environment. Our store house is also fumigated on a regular basis to keep away pests and cloth eating insects that might damage the stored garments.

Packaging also takes a prominent position in our company as it determines the safety of the product. We give individual as well as bulk packaging as per the demands of the customers. Each product is first individually kept inside card board boxes and are wrapped inside plastic sheets. These are later kept inside sea worthy cartons and delivered to their respective destinations within the stipulated time frame.

We are a quality conscious company carrying out stringent quality checks at regular intervals. Our diligence and dedication has enabled us to get repeated orders from our reputed clients. Each consignment of our products is thoroughly checked for any faltering in the production process. The batch that does not pass the tests is rejected and is not sent further for packing and delivery.
