Product Profile

The organic cotton cultivation project by PSPL is named Vasudha - (Hindi for The Earth). This project is certified by SKAL International of The Netherland. It is spread over 60000 acres of farmland. More than 7600 farmers are associated with the project. We are planning to expand the farmland to one lakh acres.

We are certified for Oeko-Tex Standard 100 that sets yardsticks for yarns, fabrics and textile products of all kinds. We are proud to possess WRAP certification which we have got by complying to stringent principles of Workplace Regulations.

For us quality is of paramount importance. It is one of the indispensable characteristics we inculcate in all our products. Our quality control management system is governed and regulated by a team of quality experts. They check the quality of the raw material used in manufacturing before the actual production takes place. After production they check the quality of the finished yarns and garments. In case they find defected pieces, they reject the defected items instantly. Thus we maintain quality at every stage of production until the time of delivery. We ensure that our goods are delivered on time. For us, both quantity and quality go hand in hand. We never compromise on quality grounds.

Pratibha Syntex Ltd., is well equipped and possess sound infrastructure, which is at par with the international standards. We have separate divionsional units for manufacturing of different categories of products. This ensures specialization in all our products as we have the right person placed at the right place to perform.

Yarns Division- We are having a well equipped yarn manufacturing unit at Pithampur (M.P, India). We possess an installed production capacity of 48,048 spindles, yielding 12,875 tons of yarn per annum.

Fabric Division- Our machinery is the most efficient and productive of its type. It posess the knitting and dyeing capacity of 4725 tons per annum and 4025 tons per annum respectively.

We have the hi-tech machinery which are mentined below:

• fabric lab testing equipments
• circular knitting machines
• flat knitting machines
• dye house equipments

Garments Division- Our garments section is having impressive production capacity. In the casual wear, 2.5 million pcs are produced per annum, whereas in the undergarments, 8 million pcs are produced per annum.

Our team members work as a family. We possess an efficient team comprising of about 3000 employees. There are over 25,000 indirect employees.

We impart regular training sessions to our employees, so that they increase their skill, knowledge and expertise.We possess an in-house training department where we conduct comprehensive training programme. We are also associated with professional training organizations and renowned consultants. We are collaborated with Sitro for spinning and knitting, and a regular management development programme for the senior and middle management.

We also provide well furnished residential houses that are equipped with all the basic amenities for our employees.

We have an enviable record of awards and achievements to our credit as we are the only process certified plant in the Indian sub continent, for producing organic cotton. We produce as per the guidelines of North American Draft Organic Fiber Standards,, and are also certified by SKAL, Netherlands.
