| Air Handling System Available with us, is a quality proven range of air circulation systems that is used for rapidly ventilating an enclosed area with fresh external air. Offered in standard and dual mode operations, these air circulation systems are offered to our clients in standard and customized specifications. The mode of operation of the dual circulation systems is mentioned below: - Multiple barriers operate to create two airflow pathways
- Two return air duct apertures are opened to expose the return air duct to an external air supply area via a fresh air duct
- Fresh air duct includes an opening to the external air supply area
- Two extensions are coupled to the return air duct apertures
- Simultaneous operation of barriers to block the return air duct between the two return air duct apertures
- This helps in the formation of two distinct return air duct segments
- Central air unit and exit fan cooperate with the barriers
- This establishes two airflow pathways through the return air duct segments
- First one is for extending the airflow pathway from the external air supply area to the fresh air duct through the first return air duct segment directly into the enclosed area before removal by the exit fan
- The second airflow pathway extends from the external air supply area to the fresh air duct through the second return air duct segment through the central air unit through a supply duct into the enclosed area before removal by the exit fan

Pollution Control Equipment (Scrubbing Systems) We are offering our clients with venturi Pollution Control Equipment scrubbing systems that are used for effective gas cleaning even with wide flow variations with minimum pressure drop. Delivering desired performance with effectiveness, these systems are reckoned for the following benefits: - High collection efficiency of 97% and above

- These systems are operated in the following manner:
- Dust laden gas enters the system through gas inlet
- Scrubbing liquid is introduced on the wall through split jet nozzle
- Gas and liquid are thoroughly mixed in the venturi throat
- Gas with entrained solids and liquids enters separator
- Liquid flows downward with solid and dissolved gas to slurry settling tank
- Cleaned gases are exhausted to atmosphere through a top gas outlet
We are also offering our clients with packed bed scrubbers that find extensive application in chemical processing applications for gas and odor absorption and fume control. - Suitable for reducing environmental pollution, these scrubbing systems consists of typical re-circulatory spray header system for effective scrubbing of gas and mist eliminator for recovering fine liquid mist from exhaust gas.
- Designed to remove water/liquid, soluble gases and fumes, air borne dust and odor generated through the recovery systems, these scrubbers can scrub 99% gas passing through huge contact area in pole ring stack at lower pressure drop.
- These systems are equipped with gas inlet pole ring stack mist eliminator gas outlet and spray header assembly with spray nozzle and re-circulatory pump, which makes these scrubbers suitable for places where acids and alkalis are processed.
- Fabricated using FRP, stainless steel or mild steel, these packed beds scrubbers are ideal for application in chemical, pharmaceutical and textile industries.

Our dust collector systems are equipped with the following components and parts: - Modified drop out section to operate the system continuously with high efficiency at low dust load on filter bag
- Cylindrical filter bag / cartridge filter with wire cage assembled from plenum, chamber for easy servicing and maintenance
- Can be provided with motorized, manual, pulse jet or reverse jet type bag cleaning arrangement
- Sequence control timer of suitable range
- Filter bag media and cages as per type, nature and conditions of air material to be separated and passed through
These dust collector systems are operated through the following principle: - Dust laden air enters the unit at high conveying velocity
- The air is directed to the drop out section provided to reduce dust load on filter media
- Typical baffle plate reduced the velocity of coarser particle and allows fall down in collecting hopper
- This arrangement reduces about 80 % of dust load on filter media
- Air born fine particles are deposited on outer surface of filter media
- Clean air is exhausted to atmosphere through top plenum chamber
- The deposits outside of the filter bag are cleaned through bursts of metered compressed air, injected through venturi tubes
- Control of intensity and volume of air is done by quick acting, pilot operated diaphragm valves
- This results in an ideal cleaning action (Clean plant air at 6-8 Kg /Cm is adequate in case of pulse jet)
- Special attention is given to the type, quality & quantity of dust material to ensures superior filtration and performance
