The promoters of Prayag Foods have decades of vast experience and a deep knowledge of the industry. We keep on upgrading our technical awareness on a consistent level to emerge as a leading manufacturer, supplier and exporter of well processed instant food items such as Macaroni, Ring Macaroni, Elbow Macaroni, Shell Macaroni, Alphabet Macaroni, Shortcut Vermicelli, Long Cut Vermicelli, Plain Vermicelli, Roasted Vermicelli, Pasta, Jalapeno Pasta, Tomato Cheese Pasta, etc. For total customer satisfaction, we have maintained nominal prices for every product that we produce. We export our goods to several overseas markets in U.A.E., Europe and U.S.A. Our affiliation with the Agriculture and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA) has given us a solid platform to launch our food items in the international market through various retail chains. Our new products are available under the brand name of 'Mom's Choice'. The food products we offer are highly nutritious and are free of extra calories unlike other fast foods. The vermicelli can be used to make delicious idli, upma or kheer within minutes, and is a good substitute for instant noodles and other eatables. We presently manufacture Long Cut Vermicelli under the brand name of 'Hand', which is gaining excellent response in the worldwide market. |
InfrastructureThe manufacturing setup at our concern has been developed as per modern Italian technologies. The Pasta Plants of the famous international supplier, "PAVAN Spa", at our concern are highly productive. The workforce of the company is highly qualified, dynamic, well trained and sincere. At every stage of production, we adequately. maintain the international standards of hygiene, cleanliness and quality. At our premises, departments like the R&D center, quality inspection cell, purchasing division, marketing branch, etc. in addition to other allied branches are adept in performing their task in the most efficient manner. Right from processing work to packaging, and from warehousing to final product delivery, total customer satisfaction through quality goods and services remains our prime concern.
Quality Policy / ProcessesA clean working environment and hygienic processing techniques are two points which we always keep in mind while performing our production activity. Once the products are processed, they are immediately sent to the quality checking division. From there, our products reach the packaging cell where they are packed in air tight packages to retain their natural taste, flavor and color for longer periods of time. We process wheat of the highest breed which is procured from authentic agents. Prayag Foods Pvt. Ltd. follows stringent quality measures, and the standard of its products is equivalent to the international quality parameters.
