• Model No P.102-with fine adjustment - 0 to 150 mm.

Range: 0 To 100 mm. Depth Gauges are made of high qualitys alloy steel. These are available with or without dial range is 0-100 mm.

Diacheck Precicheck offers Diacheck. This can be used to check largest Diameter of centre Drilled holes, Countersink Screws, Morse Taper, Chamfer of T grooves and for similar problems instrument is available with Mahr (GERMAN) Dial indicator for longer life. The measuring cone the body is hardned ground and honed. The instrument can be delivered with dial gauge adjusted to zero in a wooden case.

Drilling Jigs are made as per drawing supplied by customers. We also undertake designing of Jigs. Jig bushes are made as per I.S. 66. These are honed and concentricity is maintained with 0.01 mm.

Range : 10 to 100 Key-Way Checking Gauges is made of high quality alloy steel to check the depth of key way on shafts of dia 10 to 100 mm. These are available with or without dial indicators.

Snap Gauges/Gap Gauges are made in sizes ranging from 0.5 mm to 360 mm. in various types of designs. > 0.5 mm 4 mm- Build-up type design. 4 mm to 160 mm- Single End Progressive type design, Double Ended design.

• Range: 0.5 To 360 mm.

Ring Gauges are designed as per IS-3485: 1972 I.S.6633: 1972 Go & No. Go Member Respectively.

• Range: 3 To 300 mm.
