Quality Policy / ProcessesQuality Understanding the relevance of a Quality Management System, Precision bearings PVT Ltd (ZNL) has undertaken ISO 9001-2008 certification. Our strong quality management processes has helped us attain cost savings, driving improved efficiency and productivity, as product or service deficiencies are tracked. This helps us reduce waste, inappropriate or rejected work and fewer complaints and more customer orders being directly met consistently on time and to the correct specifications.
Our Bearings are according to ISO standards and Tolerances are of normal class Po (ABEC) Bearing clearances are normal clearance. (But upon specific requirement we can produce C2, C3 or C4 clearance bearings.) - Inner Diameter, Outer Diameter, Width, Roundness, Run outs, Radial Clearance, Face Parallelism all are as per ISO. ( International Standard Organization). We have quality equipments like roundness tester, surface finish measuring equipment, profile projector, calibrating equipments and other accessories including Pnuematic Comparators in our standard room to support the quality parameters. Our quality is an integral part of our culture and every effort is made to ensure that customer get value for money.
