We provide PIR 40, designed for mounting and dismounting of bearings using advanced technology electronic controllers. These are safe and economical heat the inner race of roller bearing. These are design in demagnetizing pattern to avoid iron particles and iron dust.

PRINCIPLE:

When Alternating Current flows through a coil wound around a component, it creates an oscillating magnetic field, which includes current in the component. The magnetic field takes the path of least resistance and also due to the skin effect, the outer periphery of the component gets heated more rapidly than the core.
Based on the above principle, a ring shrunk fitted on the shaft will get heated more rapidly causing a temperature differential between the two. The difference in the temperature will cause the ring to expand to a stage where it overcomes interference and can be dismounted easily.

Hydraulic Equipment PIE 1001:


We offer hydraulic equipment PIE 1001 to our customers. They require 200 to 500 kg/cm2 pressure range to dismount bearing & 800 to 1800 kg/cm2 range required for torque transmission joint. The injector pump designed to operate up to 3000 kg/cm2 pressure for all dismounting applications. These are widely used for mounting and dismounting components such as bearings, couplings, gears, flywheels, crankshafts. By using oil injection method mounting and dismounting force of shrunk fit components is reduced.

Hydraulic Bearing Extractor: We have come out with hydraulic bearing extractor with mobile workstation concept to dismount mounted bearing with minimum force and without any damage. They design to inject oil under high pressure in between shaft seating and bearing bore.

 Availability: Model 'BWT-100' (for bearing size 22320 fitted on ICF/MG axles) Model 'BWT-130' (for bearing size 22326 fitted on ICF/BG axles)  Model 'BWT-140' (for bearing size 22328 fitted on EMU axles). We, Hydraulic Bearing Extractor has become a standard equipment having Mobile Workstation with the Indian Railways for dismounting of direct mounted spherical roller bearing fitted on the axles of ICF coaches and EMUs.
