Established in 1970 under the name precision tool crafters, entered in plastic mould manufacturing & since 1975 also in moulding plastic injection moulded parts. Since then the company has expanded its product line with 275 more precision engineering moulds. Out of 275 items, for 50% of the items we are the only supplier for the last 5 to 10 years. Does this speak something for us? These include components for diverse arrays of industries : from typewriter industry to automobile all indigenously manufacturing by the company's sophisticated precision mould making equipments. Ours is a small but dedicated team of 24 creative, innovative & committed to excellent quality individuals. At present having maximum service of 26 years & not less than 16 years service with the company. We look to the future with commitment & to achieve ever increasing levels of excellence in plastic injection moulding. A young dynamic company owned & managed by engineer & technocrats, continuous investment in employees training, skill up gradation & state of art technologies and processing equipment ensures the ideal engineering solutions to meet out clients plastic moulded components related strick quality requirements, who have taken iso 9000 certificate. Our major customers are from the automotive industry. Our in house design department & tool room ensures development of reliable master & moulds for injection moulding. In our injection moulding section 40gms. Upto 160 gm shot capacity moldings are manufactured. The facilities are fully integrated with raw material drying, blending, mould temperature controllers. Repeatable quality is built into products during process planning stage as well as mould manufacturing stage. However, continuous monitoring with the help of digital timers and inspection by our trained quality control personnel guarantees a high quality product for our customers at all times. A high level office automation ensures an efficient interface with our external environment. Today precision tool crafters automotive components has the prestigious position to be the original equipment supplier to most of the renowned automotive manufacturing companies.
