Hypodermic Needle Grinding Wheels are made of finest grains and mainly used in grinding the medical needle point. They have a very high strength. The ground needle point has no burrs with good sharpness.

Available in Grit size from 800 to 2000

The grinding of the bore or hole is named as internal grinding wheels and is most difficult grinding. It is recommended that the diameter of the wheels shall be 60-80% of the diameter of the hole of workpieces.

Honing and Super Finishing Stones are used for finishing of internal or external parts of the components such as cylinder heads, bearing rings, bearing races etc. where excellent and accurate finish is required as high as 0.02 um. These are generally done with rectangular or square shapes or special shapes stick or blocks. Super finishing is done in stages. First stones of grit size 400,600 and 800 are used and then finishing is done with stones of grit size 800,1000 and 1200 as per finishing requirement.

Internal Grinding Wheels and Honing & Super Finishing Stones are sometimes treated with Sulphur in order to increase stone life and to prevent loading..
