The Tool Room
|
PMD has a state of the art facility spread over 60,000 sq. ft. of built up area. The tool room is fully air conditioned and we have all the latest CNC machines to manufacture moulds.
Our moulds are fully hardened and have a shot life of 4-6 million shots.PMD produces over 150 moulds a year. |

Injection moulding
PMD has three units for injection moulding. Two units in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (UP) and one unit in Baddi (HP). With a total of 40 injection moulding machines, we process over 1500 tonnes of plastics year.
