The Tool Room

PMD has a state of the art facility spread over 60,000 sq. ft. of built up area. The tool room is fully air conditioned and we have all the latest CNC machines to manufacture moulds.

Our moulds are fully hardened and have a shot life of 4-6 million shots.PMD produces over 150 moulds a year.

Our Team

Our team consist of five hundred employees of engineers, machining experts, designers, plastic technologists and others. Our team members are well versed and up to date with all cutting edge technologies for manufacturing.

Injection moulding

PMD has three units for injection moulding. Two units in Sahibabad, Ghaziabad (UP) and one unit in Baddi (HP).

With a total of 40 injection moulding machines, we process over 1500 tonnes of plastics year. All types of plastics are processed Polypropylene, ABS, Polycarbonate, Nylons, Acetal resins etc.

We manufacture all types of parts for the FMCG, packaging, engineering, medical, pharmaceutical and household industry.
