We specialise in the manufacture of both hot runner and cold runner injection moulding moulds.
All moulds are fully hardened and have a shot life of 4-6 million shots.
We have a big tool room which is fully air-conditioned with the latest CNC machines and operates 24 hours to produce moulds. European standard moulds are manufactured in the fastest lead times. Our biggest asset is our highly trained staff of technicians, designers, engineers & machinist who look forward to solving the toughest of problems with the most innovative solutions.
Moulds are manufactured using the highest quality of alloy steels. Each part of the mould is carefully designed, roughed, hardened and finalised is inspected at every stage of manufacture.
No process in the whole operations of mould manufacturing is outsourced, thus ensuring strict quality control. We have a coordinate measuring machine from Brown & Sharpe and a digital profile projector for measuring all critical dimensions.
Over 150 moulds are made every year at PMD.
Moulds are supplied to all industries and leading brands in India and exported to UK, Italy, Germany & Africa.
