Quality Policy / ProcessesProcesses MACHINING PROCESS
The die-casted machine parts are well seasoned after maintaining a good stock. The parts after rough machining is left alone for a due time for weather seasoning, then later final machining is done, so as to achieve the procision accuracy fitting and better life of the parts.
GRINDING PROCESS
All the rotors of our electric motor are very meticulously grinned on precision grinding machines to achieve accurate bearing sizes and adequate tolerances. Because of the above process the prime functioning of the bearings on the rotors ensures the performance becomes “niseless”.
BALANCING PROCESS
Every rotor of our electric motor is absolutely “dynamically balanced” on accurate and precision balancing machines to ensure “Vibration-less” perfomance of motor resulting in longer life of the bearings.
BURNISHING PROCESS
As a pre-requisite "Burnishing Tool" is passed through the endshield bor after machining giving it a hoining finish. The bore tolerance in also maintained properly, ensuring that there is no play between the bearing and endshield bore in the future, for a better longer life.
