We provide these axle weigh bridges with a small platform of 2m x 4m size on which the axles of the vehicle are weighed one by one. The weight of all these axles is then added to give the total weight of the vehicle.

Moreover, when a vehicle moves across the platform at slow speed and the front axle stops on it for a moment, the electronics systems wait for the axle weight to become steady and then catch this weight into memory. The axle weigh bridge is provided with a light which goes off when the weight is captured so that the driver knows when to move to the next axle. After that, each axle is weighted and its weight is stored in memory to give the total weight of the vehicle.

These foundationless weigh bridges are a boon to industries such as mining, quarries and construction companies. They use our foundationless shift the weighbridge from one site to another. Our foundationless weigh bridges win over old conventional weigh bridges due to various advantages it has.

 

Conventional weighbridges have very heavy and rigid platforms which require costly and time-consuming civil foundation. Also shifting of conventional weighbridge is very expensive as these can be only shifted by trailers or open trucks to transport it to another site where again it needs civil foundation. Moreover, conventional weight bridges consume lot of labour, energy and time for dismantling and re-commissioning.

 

In order to overcome all the above difficulties, our company decided to offer our unique foundationless weighbridge. Our foundationless weight bridge is easy to shift at a very low cost. Its modular design makes it easy to transport and civil foundation required is very minimal.

 

In foundationless weight bridge, the platform sits on a removable frame that, when bolted together, forms a solid base, complete with end walls. It needs no ramps and we just need just to fill concrete outside the end walls to make a grand platform. The ramp height is less than 300 mm. It also requires concrete footings to support each load bearing point of the base frame.

 

We also manufacture pit-less or pit type Weigh bridges which can be placed in the available space at the site. Both pit-less and pit type models require different type of treatment. Pit-less model requires less civil work, easy maintenance and no water logging problems. Pit type model requires little space and offers free vehicle movement.

 

 

 

This automatic tank weighing system is designed to weigh a large amount of liquid or solid material filled into or discharged from industrial tanks, silos, bunkers and mixers.
