Since the time of our inception in 1998, we have rapidly grown converting in to a private limited firm and adding one CNC machine every year. Presently, we have nine CNC turning centers and one machining center. We design, develop and manufacture various engineering products. We provide assembled products with testing of final products. The manufacturing of the products is done through outsourcing forgings casting and machining in-house.

We are have 13000 sq. feet of space with sufficient space for storing of raw and finished products also adequate infrastructure for transportation of goods. We have a strong team of 32 employees & counting to run our factory 24X7.We also have proper inspection facilities and CAD CAM packages for assistance in manufacturing. Our major strength also lies in our suppliers for forgings, heat treatment & testing laboratories.We apply just in time techniques for timely delivery committed by following minimum quantity of raw material.


			Product Profile We are leading name in manufacturing high precision engineering components. Our vast range includes hammer unions, swivel joints, automotive components, pipe fitting, flanges and special customer specified products. All our products carry tareability from purchase of raw material till delivery. All our products are manufactured using premium quality raw material such as SAE4130, A105 and S.S. 316,304L material. Some components are also manufactured with special materials like inconnel, monnel, hast alloy, nitronic 60 etc.


			Quality Compliance Our company is certified by M/s TUV Rheinland Germany for ISO 9001:2000. Our quality management system ensures premium quality in our products. We have a team of inspection engineers for ensuring quality at all levels. At our quality inspection department, we have all measuring instruments for measuring internal and external parameters which includes bore gauges, dial gauges and routine verniers and micrometers. To determine material quality and correct grain structure outsourcing of material testing and heat treatment facilities is regular pactise. We also have thread pitch micrometers and thread, profile projector for checking internal and external threads. We are having regular outsourcing inspection services for CMM. We apply several manufacturing tools such SPC & lean manufacturing techniques for our process. Our regular CPCPK values for a new product is 1.8min.


			Manufacturing Facility We have a spacious factory unit of 13000 sq. meters wherein we have all the facilities which are required for qualitative production. At our unit, we have six turning centers with maximum turning diameter of 380 mm and maximum turning length of 630 mm. Apart from this, we also have a machining center with capacity of 1000 x 510 x 560mm. The unit has advanced facilities and modern machinery which enables us to manufacture as per the clients demands. We have with us CAD CAM packages for assistance in manufacturing. For optimum utilization of CNC machines, we outsource primary operation such as proof machining. We commit accuracy of components of + 0.005mm, ( 0.0002”). We have indexing chuck for manufacturing Tee, Elbow, Y joints. Almost all products call for threading viz. ACME, NPT, API, UNC, UNF, BSP etc. with gauge qualification and interchangeability. We have machined different alloys including SS 316, 304, hast alloy, monnel and regular ferrous and non ferrous material.


			Our Future Plan We look forward to own a forging shop with 10 tonnes and 1600 tons forging press. Apart from this, we also plan to buy a 5 axis machining centre.


			Customization We are customer centric firm and thereby take all our client's specifications into consideration. All our products are provided with customization pertaining to various factors. Factors like design, size, shape and various others are taken into consideration and well implemented. Our major intention through customization is to satisfy the client to fullest.
