Attendance Module
We offer attendance module service which facilitates data import from an external attendance system. The attendance transactions on daily basis as well as on monthly-consolidated basis against each Employee are kept as a record for calculation of the total employee working days. The payable days computation is based on user defined rules with the  provision to mark or not to mark the attendance-related inputs for computation. The System maintains the Employee Leave Balances and the monthly leave transactions also so that every employee gets the salary according to the present days. This module operates on the basis of several imputs like Employee Information, Daily Attendance, Leave Yearly, Attendance Import, Weekly Attendance - Columnar, Monthly Attendance, Leave Opening Balance, Lop Arrears and Weekly Attendance ­- Row Wise to provide desired outputs like:

Biometric Module
This module helps user to recruit employees for various categories based on the criteria for selection. The system selects the right candidates, based on the given selection parameters. It provides full-fledged correspondence, which can store predefined letter formats for various interviews & final offer. All the Interview maintenance details like Interview panel, Interview venue & Interview schedule can be maintained in the system. It maintains various consultant details & also the payments made to them. This module also has the facility to update the details of selected candidates to the Personnel Data Bank. HR Module



Income Tax Module
Income tax module is used to computes tax for current assessment year. The computation is based on the client’s and EDR level parameters along with the investments given in Employee master. It provides option for entering exemption amounts for various earnings. It allows multiple remittances of T.D.S amount along with providing feature for entering previous employment details. It can also generate FORM 16, FORM 24 reports in soft copy & hard copy.

Loan And Bonus Module
Loan Module

The module provides option to define various types of advances and loans. It calculates following on basis of company level loan parameters:
  • Monthly loan installment
  • Recovery amount
  • Applicable interest amount on the loans
Clients can define different Interest methods. Some of its facilities include:
  • Online loan voucher printing facility
  • Multiple loans records for an employee can be processed
  • Monthly loan updating and monthly loan schedule can be generated

Interest Methods Applicable

Interest will not be calculated during the pay calculations only, installment amount is deducted. Interest is calculated in month end process.

Interest will be calculated:

  • In pay calculations and cumulated
  • Every month and will be deducted in the current month
  • On balance principal portion amount only (emi method)
  • During the year ending and total interest will be posted as new loan

Bonus Module

It calculates the annual bonus and the monthly projected bonus for each employee who is eligible for a bonus in a given time frame. It has following facilities:
  • Optionally recalculate the Profession Tax in view of the increase in Gross Profession Tax Salary due to Bonus

  • For deductions such as Income Tax against the Bonus amount

Clients can also generate bonus reports separately for Active and Separated Employees.

All the details regarding Employee Personal Details, Employee Physical Details, Employee Statutory Particulars, Employee Contact Details, Employee Cost to Company Changes, Employee Salary Transfer Details, Employee Leave application Details, Employee Leave encashment Details, Employee Previous employment Details, Employee Investment Declarations related to Income Tax Section 80, Employee Investment Declarations related to Income Tax Section 80c, Income Tax Work Sheet, Income Tax Recovery Details, HRA Exemption Computations, Accommodation Perk Computations, Cost to the company, Report Loan, Perk Computation Details and Pay Slip for current and previous monthsIt may be noted that these details entered by an employee through the web browser will be routed to the HR / Payroll Department through workflow process for viewing, correcting and approving / rejecting the application.
