Usages: This is widely used in many applications for example farms, greenhouse-horticulture, hydro seed spraying, landscaping seed germination and as a substitute for potting soil & bark compost. This is very useful in golf course setting for soil conditioner and in mushroom industry as a growing medium. It can lightly compressed (1:2) and it can be used in any situation without the use of special equipment to break loose the coco peat. This is specially used in the hydro seed spray by mixing the coco peat together with the bark compost into the mixer and spray on the ground.

Such new cocopeat is washed, wetness squeezed, machine dried and at the same time sieved with in-built mesh of the dryer machine. These coconut husks are the outer layer of the coconut fruit, which consists of long fibers and sponge-like pith particles. These are widely required to protect the inner germinating seed by resisting excess saturation and salt. The coir curling machine made by us requires a power of about 5 HP 2 HP for operation and has a high produciton capacity of 3/4" Rope 45 Kgs / Hour. This coir curling machine can easily curl the coirs in required amoount as per the industrial usage. This machine is not only easy to maintain and operate but also robust in design.
Before the soaking process, the husks are thoroughly crushed using the Crusher. This results in the soaking time getting reduced to 3 to 4 days. The spiked rollers in the machine are especially designed to increase the efficiency of production.
