Our wide range of medical dressing products and Hygiene Care Products has been widely appreciated across the globe for international quality standards. With a lineage of perfection, we have provided highest quality medical gauze and wound dressing for the medical industry. We efficiently produce Gauze Swabs, Lap Sponze, Bleached Guaze & Slitted Rolls, Cut Guaze, Medical Leno Guaze, Grey Guaze, Roller Bandage, Ready to Sterlise Wound Dressings, Poly Cotton/Cotton Scrims, Industrial Cotton Fabrics and Cotton Yarn. We also manufacture sanitary pads, panty liners, tampons, baby diapers, adult incontinence diaper and underpads through our Indo-European Joint Venture, ‘BellaPremier’. Our wide array of product range is acknowledged all across the globe due to the following reasons:

We boast of our state-of-the-art infrastructure which has a production capacity of about 5,00,000 M2 Medical gauze and 14000 Kgs of yarn per working day. Owing to our well equipped production unit which is spread over an area of 25 acres we have become the largest producer of gauze in India. We possess advanced machines to undertake spinning, weaving, bleaching to full-fledged finished goods production.

Our spinning unit comprises of Blow room, Carding, Drawing, Simplex, Spinning and Auto-coner. We use the following machines for the production of cotton:

Quality Compliance

Ours is an ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 13485:2003 certified concern, we are bestowed with the CE Certificate for medical devices. We are in the process of receiving FDA Certification & ISO 14001 for Environmental management systems.

We are equipped with 90 batching and inspection machines. Our built in microbiological and chemical labs enables us to keep a vigilant eye on in built microbiological and chemical lab which work at three different stages of the manufacturing process. All our products are made using qualitative raw materials like cotton yarn, cotton grey cloth and cotton bleached cloth which are sourced from our spinning mills and local market.

Corporate Contribution

We have devoted 75% area for tree plantation and rainwater harvesting in our bleaching plant. Our distinct Effluent Treatment Plant is one of a kind in South India.

We cater to the society by offering hygienic drinking water facilities, developed roads, toilets for village women, educational facilities for staff’s children, reconstruction of temple, shelters and kitchen utensils for mid-day meal scheme, wheel chair for handicapped, rural women marriage fund, and much more.
