Bunkers, Impellors and Fans these components used in Cement Plants. These components are manufactured according to the customers’ specification and are used for stacking and movement of materials for online production activity. Impellors and fans are manufactured with M.S.Plates, high tensile plates etc., which are used for cooling process. The surface area of the blades and valves are hard faced by depositing hard facing electrodes. Impellors and fans are completed with machining operation followed by dynamic balancing.

Crane Grabbing Buckets are designed and fabricated by us to carry the raw materials from one bay to another, which are required for making cement. The surface of the buckets is hard faced with hard facing electrodes to avoid thinning and deformation of the edges of the buckets during handling of the raw materials such as Clinkers, Sand and Bolders etc.,

Cooler shells are made up of BQ (Boiler quality) plates of 515Gr.70 / IS2002 Gr.2A and are fabricated and welded using 7018 Electrodes.Plate thickness are varying from 25mm to 50 mm depending upon the capacity of the plant.These plates are rolled by our plate rolling machines of 50mm x 3mtr width. The size of the cooler shell is of 3200 dia x 20mts long.
