Blades and Drawbars are fabricated for 605 and 825 Motor Graders/Dozers. These structures are fabricated by forming plates with our 1000T capacity hydraulic press. Rails for Blades are made up of special steels and are heat-treated by quenching and tempering process.

Dumper bodies are fabricated by forming and welding of high tensile plates to customer specifications, which are, used on 35T, 50T, 85T, 100Tand 125T dumpers. The weight of the dumper bodies are varying from 5 T to 15Tonnes.The dumper bodies are assembled and welded with fluxofill MIG wires for withstanding more shock loads and for carrying designed loads.

We manufacture fabricated Rear Axles Housings for 125 and 170 Ton Dumpers. These structures are designed to carry heavy loads and are fabricated with high tensile steel plates. This is a prestigious and complicated structure, which requires dimensional and technical accuracy both for fabrication and machining. These structures are welded with E7016 MIG wires or 7018 manual metal arc welding electrodes like Supratham, Supercito etc., Welders are qualified for different positions upto 6G for carrying out such welds without any porosity, cracks, pin holes, etc., and all these welds are subjected to Dye penetrant test, Ultrasonic test and magnetic particle test etc.,
