We are well equipped with sophisticated machinery for fabrication of our heavy metal equipment. Our technological advanced machinery allows us to fabricate our range in different specifications. We have facilities:

• Fabrication of heavy structures weighing up to 25 tonnes Single piece by the aid of 25 tonnes - EOT Crane.
• Stress relieving of heavy structures up to 5 tonnes (furnace size - 3000mm dia x 2500 mm depth ) with 6 point temperature recorder and digital control.
• To form and press up to 100 mm thick plates using 1000 tonnes capacity Hydraulic press.
• Heavy machining capacity available to undertake precision components by our skilled machinists.

All the machinery and measuring instruments are properly maintained and calibrated to achieve +0.01 accuracy in boring and longitudinal machining jobs.
