Pressure Vessels are being fabricated as per ASMC Sec.VIII div.I (Pressure vessel code) under Third party inspection like Lloyds register of shipping, Bureau Veritas ,and TUV etc.,Pressure vessels are welded for 100% radiography and are subject to hydraulic pressure test, Dye penetrant test, UT, Radiography test and Halogen leak test, etc.,The materials used are Stainless Steel, BQ plates, ASTM A516 Gr.70 plates, IS 2002 Gr.2 A.Plates,IS2062 M.S.Plates.

Steam Boxes are being used for vulcanizing tyres. It is a typical pressure vessel. All the quality standards of the pressure vessel are being followed.We are manufacturing these steam boxes for Larsen and Turbo LTM,Chennai.Export quality steam boxes are inspected by Bureau Veritas inspection agency.

Vacuum Chamber is used for casting and curing of propellant that are used at various space vehicles. The size of the Vacuum chamber is 3200 dia x 9 mts long of 15 Tons in weight. The vessel is fabricated as per ASME Sec.VIII div.I.(Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code) with stringent quality standards. It is being tested for 1.5 KSC for air pressure and 2.5 KSC for Vacuum. The tests conducted are 100% radiography and stress relieving is done.

We also provide an extensive range of Venturi Tubes, which are widely used to reduce permanent pressure loss substantially. These are also used for measurement of liquids, gases and steam flows in closed conduits.
