Founded in 1981 by Mr. Sadhasivam, Premier Plate Fabrications Co. is a manufacturing and developing firm, dealing in the assortment of heavy metal fabrication products. With our core competence, we have achieved the ISO 9001:2000 certification.

	Our Specialization Our array of our equipments is humungous and is widely appreciated. Among our various products and services, we specialize in few key activities which includes following: Fabrication of heavy structures. Weight up to 30 tonnes/piece with the assistance of 30 tonnes - EOT Crane Under taking of job works for CNC Gas cutting up to 100 mm thickness of MS/SS plates. Plates are of size 2000 x 2000 mm Stress relieving of heavy structures up to 5 tonnes (furnace size: 3000mm diameter and 2500 mm depth) with 6 point temperature recorder & digital control Forming and pressing; up to 100 mm thick plates using 1000 tonnes capacity Hydraulic press


	Infrastructure As a manufacturing company, we give major significance to our infrastructure. Our manufacturing unit is located at the outskirts of Coimbatore city and is spread over a huge area of 1.3 acre (56000 sq. ft.). A 6E KVA generator unit is integrated for smooth processing of products without any delay. The company owns an in-house design unit and CAD/CAM facility, equipped with efficient design software. All machineries & measuring instruments are well maintained and calibrated to attain 0.01 accuracy in boring & longitudinal machining jobs. The different types of machines and equipments used in manufacture of our products are as follows: Various gas cutting machines and blow pipes Different AC/DC welding machines Power generator with diesel engine Hand shearing machine Furnace with power blower Stress relieving/heating furnace Rolling and pressing machines & presses Assortment of drilling and grinding machines
