State-of-the-art Infrastructure
Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is spread over a sprawling area of 75,000 sq. ft., which is enabled with Wi-Fi and broadband internet connection. The instant online connection helps us to fulfill the needs of our valued clients. We have two sophisticated manufacturing units, which are located in a vast plot area of 1000 sq.ft and installed with high end machines. The machines equipped in our production units helps us to developed paper packaging products in flawless manner. Our both the manufacturing plants have 100% power backup facilities that ascertain no production delays.
We use following machines for effective production process:
5 Color computers controlled automatic Sheet fed offset for printing Duplex boards, (KBA Rapida 104, Germany)
Our 5-ply automatic machine reduces the human intervention right from the raw material to the final product, hence maintains consistency and reliability of the final product. These machines ensure minimum error and provide high production output. Due to our Double wall infline 5 ply auto corrugation plant, we have increased our production capacity upto 1200 tones per month.
In addition, we have in-house designing unit, which helps us to design and develop our range of paper packaging products in precise manner. Owing to 10,00,00 units of installed capacity, we are successfully meeting the bulk requirement of our client.

Quality of products is undoubtedly our prime concern therefore we minutely check paper packaging products at every level of production process to ensure defined industrial standard. We make use of quality tested raw material to ensure flawless product. In our in-house laboratory, we conduct various tests for raw material as well as for final products.
