Polyurethane Wall Coatings PU (2K) based wall coatings provides distinct advantage of PU for exterior and interior wall surfaces.
Wide range of shades are possible with:
- Excellent colour stability
- Strong adhesion
- Washability and resistant to any adverse weather conditions
This PU wall finish also offers good resistance to:
- Fungus growth
- Humidity
- Chalking and UV radiation
Therefore ideal choice for Hospitals (OT), Airports, Hotels, Kitchens, Dairy Plants, Pharmaceutical, Industries, Temples, Theatres, Malls, domestic/commercial complexes,etc. The system is one or two coats of specially formulated Wall Sealer (2K)on the properly clean wall and followed by two or three coats of PU Matt finish by roller, brush or spraying.
WALL SEALER - A unique PU 2K Clear Sealer for wall treatment which helps controlling dampness and maintains pH value of the concrete extending life of buildings. It can be top coated with any other conventional wall finishes also.
PU MATT FINISH: Any shade can be applied as top coat on the wall sealer to get a washable finish.

Polyurethane Novelty Coatings - TWINKLE FINISH - Provides multi colored metallic finish and gives different rainbow colours at different angles, it can be used over a black base coat on any surface like Wood, Metals, Plastics, Glass etc. and it is to be top coated with glossy clear.
- FERRODIN CLASSIC PU - special effects give a rough metallic texture and the finish looks like blasted metal, ideally suited for light fittings, grills, gates, etc.
- MARBLE FINISH- Marble pattern in various colour combinations can be achieved by following a sequence of applications over Glossy base coat of Classic PU finish with Metal Tone and Marble Thinners. This pattern can be achieved on any surface like metal, plastic or wood with spectrum of Marble / Granite patterns.
- CRACKLE FINISH - A specially developed novelty finish to be applied on a glossy base coat. It can form crackle pattern on any surface like wood, metals, plastics or glass. Various combinations of crackle finishes are possible by varying the base coat shade. For consistent result use of Crackle Base Clear is suggested and followed by crackle finish, which is again to be top coated with suitable Clear.
- METAL TONE- Dye Solution: This has been developed keeping in mind the requirement of metal finishing industry. It can be added to PU Clear to give a variety of transparent shades. It can be applied over aluminium and vacuum metallised plastics to give a coloured flamboyant finish.
