LTD has entered the field of disposables with its exclusive range.” To approach the market our Company first time in India introduced Disposable gloves with adhesive tape for the grip and comfort able use and thus it showed the path to other companies not only to provide services but to provide services according to the needs of its users.

Since starting Commercial production in 2000, Premium has rapidly increased its production capacity to a daily output of 100,000 Pieces (1 Lacs) of EVA gloves 400,000 Pieces (4 Lacs) Masks and Caps by December 2009. Premium is well equipped to serve any quantity at any time. Our goal is to build a manufacturing organization with the stature, quality, business principles and ethics to be globally recognized as a world class Indian disposable products manufacturer.

Our manufacturing unit has requisite machines and facilities which enable us to hasten the production smoothly and efficiently. These installed machines are closely monitored and inspected from time to time to ensure swift working, and delivery of bulk consignments within the stipulated time frame.
   
  At our in-house production unit care is taken to ensure clean, hygienic, dust free environment is maintained. We offer package consignments as per the specifications of our clients making use of corrugated boxes/cartons/sheets as per requirements of our esteem clients. Cleaning, hygiene management and pest control are outsourced to a professional agency.

• Premium believes in strong and airtight packing for the safety and hygiene of the product. The corrugated cartons are made from 7-Ply heavy grammage paper, in addition the cartons are strapped (patta) four times. This ensures that the product is manufactured and packed in a completely dust free clean room before transfer to the warehouse for distribution.

• The finished goods stock is computerised on a daily basis which provides the office staff the information at their fingertips to reply to customers immediately about the stock availability and estimated delivery schedules.
