Established in the year 1988, Press Fab Engineering has been a leading manufacturer and supplier of precision engineered fabrication of equipment cranes, tanks, engine base frames, genset base frames, tube heat exchangers, shell heat exchangers, cyclones and pressure vessels. We use the highest grade mild steel and stainless steel metals to fabricate our products. Our ISO certification is under process and we have plans to expand in the heavy engineering industry. Our owner, Mr. Shaikh has been expertly guiding the company towards higher achievements. Under his able leadership, our company has become an organization with an annual turnover of Rs. 8 crores.

From prototype to full production runs, we have the experience, facility, equipment, and service to provide our clients with high quality tanks, griders for EOT cranes and frames in a timely and cost effective manner. We can customize our products and processes to manufacture client specific products. We ensure that all critical dimensions are maintained throughout the production process.

Our fabrication is done using mild steel and stainless steel as the raw material. The gamut of our products is. heavy griders for EOT cranes, heavy base frames, tanks, pressure vessel, fabrication of cement/sugar/steel/petrochemical and oil industries etc. industries, material handling equipments, naceelle lifting device, cyclones, jigs and fixture(m.s.). We produce precision engineered, high quality products which are widely used by engineering industry and cement, sugar industries steel, petrochemical and oil industries etc. Our products are as per national/international codes and standards as per requirement of our clients:

All tools, tackles and electrification are available in sufficient quantity. We source our steel from reputed mills in Bombay, Bhilai and Raipur and the excellent quality of our raw material ensures the high quality of our final products.

Quality Control begins right from the drawing board stage. Drawings are made in strict accordance with the relevant codes (ASME, IS, IBR, CCE.) Tests and inspection requirements are taken up with the concerned engineers of the start of the job.

Press Fab Engineering Company has Quality Control Department independent of projects. The Quality control Department rigorously follows Quality Assurance Plan and Inspection Procedures.

Quality is maintained at every stage of shop fabrication, site erection 8s commissioning.

All incoming material is inspected to ensure good quality conformance to relevant codes. In absence of Manufacturer's Test Certificate, a sample is taken and destructive testing is done as per specification in reputed Testing Laboratories.

Welding:

Welding on jobs is done by welders qualified by reputed inspection agencies and consultants, Welding Procedure Specification (QA-482) and Procedure Qualification Record PQR (QW-483) are well recorded and updated from time to time. Welders are qualified for various positions from 1G to 6G and on diverse metals.

Except Ultrasonic and Radiography Testing, the inspection Department performs all other NDT Testing. Measuring instruments and inspection gauges are maintained and are regularly calibrated.

All stage inspection reports are made and maintained for records. A Data folder is later prepared on completion of job, containing Material Test Certificates, Radiography, Final dimension Reports and "As BUILT" drawings.
