Chroming on the Fittings also conforms to BIS norms & standards. As our own body needs proper care from time to time for our better health & good looks, these fancy Bathroom fittings also need proper care during their daily use. Water generally contains certain salts which are harmful for the metal as well as chrome/ Nickel plating on the Bathroom Fittings. A little care after use of taps may prove to be very helpful in maintaining their glory for long time. For better results, we may suggest the following points to remembe


The finishing of the Fancy Fittings must be protected from dirt & damages during their installation work in the building. It is advisable to keep them covered with poly bag immediately after installation till they are put to their actual use. Installation should be got done through an experienced plumber so that the wrench marks or mishandling do not spoil their finish.


At the time of installation, provision of 20mm. pipelines instead of 15mm. will ensure better flow of water. Minimum bends with straight & vertical pipelines shall add to better results.


When the fittings are in use, clean them regularly with normal soap water or diluted vinegar. Use of strong detergents or harsh cleaning agents like acids etc. for cleaning may spoil their dazzling glow for ever. To remove scaling or stains on the chrome/ Nickel plated surface, rub fine chalk powder only & clean. Always wipe the fittings dry after use for their sparkling looks.


Never scratch the surface for removing stains.The aerators on the faucet outlet must be cleaned regularly to keep the foam flow functioning in order.
