Construction Control Panels

We offer a control panels which is Air-conditioned mobile control room. It is provided with MCC and Siemens PLC mounted inside control panels that ensures perfect batch weighing and sequencing. This machine has a 10.4" color graphics display (Siemens-MP270) that gives extra ordinary outlook and operation facility. Some other accessories provided with this panels are:

  • Load-cell system etc.

Electrical Control Panels

We offer electric panels that are used to supply power electrical motors and equipment. This range comprises of:
  • Power and Lighting Distribution Boards.
  • Motor Control Centers [MCC]: up to 2000 amps, 500 volts, certified for IP-55 and 50 KA short circuit test for 1 minute at CPRI, Bhopal.
  • Power Control Center [PCC]: up to 3000 amps, 500 volts AC are suitable for one incomer to 4 incomers for synchronized and isolated runs.
  • Power Factor Improvement Panel.
  • Starter Panels: Auto star-delta, DOL, auto transformer, DC motor starter and reduced voltage transformer starter panels.

These panels are used in hazardous areas like petrochemicals, refineries and chemical industries. More than 200 panels have been supplied till date. These panels are available in the following categories:
  • Ex-p, Purge (Pressurized) Control Panel
  • Ex-i, Intrinsically Safe Control Panel




Heating Control Panels

This unit control temperature through 64 different temperatures and a PID controller cum indicator. We offer this compact micro controller based electronic instrument that gives indication of actual temperature, set temperature different status of all the heaters. It takes RTD/thermocouple inputs and RS232 output port for computer interface. It supports 320 * 240 pixels CCFL back light LCD display. Some of the other specifications are:
  • 24 keys membrane keypad for setting process value PID parameter
  • In-built RTC clock
  • View data and alarm
  • Accuracy upto /-1 degree centigrade.

Pneumatic Control Panels

This scanner monitors, displays, annunciates and trips up to 8/12 temperature. It is enhanced with a micro controller that offers key board programming. Some of its features are as follows:

  • Optional input pt-100 RTD/K type thermocouple
  • Indicate & controls temperature of eight different temperature zone

Power Control Panels

These panels are available up to 2 MW generator. We offer the choice of following controls like Mita-teknic, Quest and PLC. We supply some components like main MCCB, small and big generator contractors, aux. motor starters, thyristor module for soft connection, bypass connector, battery and charger system for break. Reactive power compensation is offered as a part of our package supply. Remote operation of these panels is possible through modem. We have supplied 2000 panels of this category till date.




Mobile Control Room

Panels are fitted securely in the room. Cable connections are taken from side or bottom. Ideally used as Utility House, Generator House, Asphalt Plants Control Room and ONGC Rig Control Room etc. Complete air-conditioned, well interior control rooms are fabricated out of CRCA steel sheets insulated by high quality Thermocol and painted with epoxy paint.

SCADA System

We offer consoles with SCADA software, that are designed with articulate look and provide comfort of operation along with ease of maintenance. We also offer dust protected Monitor, CPU, printers and draw out keyboards. The installed SCADA software provides powerful logging, alarming and reporting facilities along with networking and communication capabilities. We develop SCADA in visual basic as front end and MS access/oracle as back end. Ready made software like WINCC and Intel System can also be installed on special demand.




System House

PRIMA is an authorized system house of SIEMENS Ltd., which is developed for automation and drive products. It has developed several PLC & MMI software using SIEMENS products. We also develop high-tech software like communication using protocols, synchronization of multi drives, and SCADA programs, batching software etc. PRIMA has the facility to program the following softwares:
