• Skilled – Sponsored ( Migrant ) Visa Subclass 176 ) – Applicants are sponsored by an eligible relative.
• Skilled – Regional Sponsored ( Provisional ) Visa Subclass 475 ) – Applicants are given a 3 year provisional visa- after meeting the pass marks. They must be sponsored by a eligible relative living in a designated area. After living for 2 years and working for at least 1 year in the Regional Area – applicant can apply for a permanent Visa.

• Skilled – Independent ( Residence ) Visa Subclass 885 ) – A permanent points tested Visa for eligible overseas students holding temporary visas.
• Skilled – Sponsored ( Residence ) Visa Subclass 886 ) A permanent points tested Visa for eligible overseas students holding temporary visas. Applicants must have an eligible relative to sponsor them or a nomination from a State.
• Skilled – Regional ( Residence ) Visa Subclass 887 ) A permanent Visa for provisional visa holders who have met necessary requirements in a specified Regional area.
• Skilled – Regional Sponsored ( Provisional ) Visa ( Subclass 487 ) – A 3 year points tested provisional visa for overseas students. Applicants be sponsored by a eligible relative living in a designated area. After living for 2 years and working for at least 1 year in the specified Regional Area – applicant can apply for a permanent Visa.
• Skilled – Graduate ( Temporary ) Visa ( Subclass 485 ) – An 18 month temporary visa for overseas students who have obtained an Australian qualification as a result of at least 2 years of study. No points test is applicable.
