Different installation pre-requisites of the ACPs are as follows:





• Panels ought to be erected in accordance, with an approved set of shop drawings.


• Structural strength of anchorage & assorted hardware used for fastening must be as per standards and galvanized as per engineering recommendations.


• The area of contact of aluminum materials with dissimilar metals must be properly insulated or caulking tape must be applied to avoid electrolytic corrosion.


• The bend portions between panel joints shouldn’t be caulked before the removal of strippable film.


• The panels must be installed vertically or not more than 86 degrees from the vertical
